By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all work carried out by Auto Persia MOT Test Centre.

When you book your vehicle with us for servicing, repairs, or MOT testing, you authorise us to carry out the agreed work on your vehicle. In some cases, additional issues may be identified during inspection. Where possible, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work.

All estimates provided are based on the initial inspection of the vehicle. While we aim to keep costs accurate, additional faults may be discovered once work has started. Any changes to pricing will be communicated where reasonably possible.

All MOT tests are conducted in accordance with Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) regulations. A pass certificate cannot be guaranteed, and test results are determined solely by DVSA standards. The MOT fee is payable regardless of the result. Retests may be subject to additional charges in line with DVSA rules.

We will take reasonable care while working on your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or hidden defects that may become apparent during or after repairs. We are also not liable for delays caused by parts availability, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and any known issues. Vehicles left on our premises remain at the owner’s risk. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by events outside our control. We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

All work must be paid for in full before the vehicle is released. We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment has been received. If a vehicle is not collected within a reasonable time after completion of work, we reserve the right to charge storage fees.

By leaving your vehicle with us, you agree that we may carry out necessary road tests to diagnose faults or confirm repairs.
Any parts supplied and fitted by us may be subject to manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for failures caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors after the vehicle has left our premises.

We reserve the right to refuse to carry out work if it is deemed unsafe, not roadworthy, or outside the scope of our services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
